Terms and Conditions of Promotional Game

The promotional game is being conducted by the Promoter of the Here Comes The Sun event, Out of Ours Shreds Pty Ltd of 78 Annerley Rd Woolloongabba 4102.

For each order made, anyone who buys 2 tickets or more for the Here Comes The Sun Festival being staged at Coolangatta on May 2nd 2026 are automatically entered into the draw.

There is one prize, a JS Surfboard worth more than AUD$750.00.

There is no jackpot, elimination round and cannot be redrawn.

The promotional game starts at 9am on April 7th 2026 and ends at 5pm on April 27th 2026, unless the event sells out earlier.

The winner is drawn randomly by Oztix and their decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

The prize will be drawn at the event, and the winner will be announced from the stage.

The winner will also be contacted by email.

The winner's name will be published on the Events social media channels.

The WSL pro-surfers appearing at the WSL Gold Coast event are being asked by the WSL to autograph the board for the promotion, however no guarantee that all WSL surfers will provide their autograph.
