MARGARET RIVER BUS LINE

Buses will begin departing from Margaret River at 1:30PM and run continuously until 2:00PM.

Margaret River: from 1:30PM MAP
Cowaramup stop: approx. 1:45PM MAP

Please arrive early to ensure you get on the first available service.

BUSSELTON LINE

Buses will depart at the scheduled times below (single departure service):

Busselton: 1:30PM MAP
Broadwater: 1:45PM MAP
Abbey: 1:55PM MAP

YALLINGUP / DUNSBOROUGH LINE

Buses will depart at the scheduled times below (single departure service):

PARKING

Thinking of driving? We have "paddock-parking" available at the venue a short stroll from the concert site.

We just received an email "what do I get for a $20 parking ticket?"
To host parking at 3 Oceans we need to implement a dedicated (and pricey) traffic management plan.
This includes providing lots of extra staff, traffic management, infrastructure like lighting....and rather than charge that to EVERYONE in the ticket price, we thought it was best to work it into the car parking passes.

What time does the magic start?

Gates open at 1:30pm with the first act kicking off at 2:15pm.

We'll be all done by 10pm so you can be snuggled up in bed by midnight (not guaranteed).

Venue Info

The events at 3 Oceans at held on the northern lawns of the property and the event space is built from scratch each time.

There is a little shade, so it's always best to bring a hat and dress appropriately.

We provide FOOD VANS that cater for most known dietary requirements, TOILETS, a fully stocked BAR.

There is a MERCHANDISE tent, first aid, and FREE DRINKING WATER, so best to bring a little scratch and an empty water bottle for refilling.

Age Restrictions

This is a licensed all ages event.

Everyone entering the site must have a ticket, there is no exceptions.

We will be putting in place the following control measures to manage the all ages event and ensure the legal service of alcohol is maintained;

All Patrons will be wristbanded on entry with a tamper-proof wristband.
Patrons under the age of 18+ must have a Youth Ticket and will be given a separate coloured wristband to identify them from the Adults.
All Youth ticket holders MUST be accompanied at all times by a ticket-holding parent, relative or legal guardian who is aged over 25.
There will be a limit of 2 Youth ticket holders per 1 parent/ legal guardian.
Youth ticket holders must be with a Parent/ Guardian when entering the event.
While we are all ages, we do recommend the event may be unsuitable for minors under 15 years old as there will be very loud noise, high density crowds and possible use of profanities over the PA system.
We strongly recommend that patrons do not bring young children under 4 years old, including babes in arms.
To obtain an Over 18+ wristband that allows the purchase of alcohol, patrons will require an accepted form of Photo Identification / Proof of Age (regardless of your age).
Patrons without an 18+ wristband will not be supplied liquor.
