HERE COMES THE SUN FESTIVAL
WIN A VIP WEEKENDER – COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Macro Music Pty Ltd (the Promoter).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at the time of the festival announcement and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on the day tickets go on sale.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents who:

Are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry; and
-
Successfully pre-register for tickets via the official Here Comes the Sun Festival website during the competition period.
No purchase is required to enter. Pre-registration does not create any obligation to purchase tickets.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must:

Complete the ticket pre-registration form in full; and
-
Provide a valid email address.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize Details
There will be three (3) winners, with one (1) winner selected at random in each of the following states:
-
Western Australia
-
Victoria
-
Queensland
Each winner will receive one (1) prize pack, which includes:

2 x VIP concert tickets
-
2 x VIP Weekender WSL passes
-
1 x festival merchandise pack
-
1 x Rumpl Original blanket
-
$200 food and drink tab to be redeemed at the show
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Event Attendance
Prize winners must be able to attend the relevant Here Comes the Sun Festival event in their state.
The Promoter is not responsible for travel, accommodation or any additional costs associated with attending the event unless expressly stated.
9. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that their personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition and ticket pre-sale communications, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Marketing Communications
By entering the ticket pre-registration and competition, entrants consent to receiving communications from Macro Music Pty Ltd about Here Comes the Sun Festival and its family of events, as well as from event partners, including the World Surf League. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.
